With over 30 years of diverse experience, Steven Jeffords serves as Vice President and CFO at Vivid Engineering, bringing expertise in program management, financial oversight, environmental management, and business operations. Steve was a pivotal force in establishing Vivid Engineering as a legal entity in 2016, where he successfully built essential banking, accounting, human resources, and insurance relationships, driving the company’s growth and sustainability.

Steve has managed programs up to $250M for both public and private clients, overseeing engineering operations with teams of up to 130 personnel and generating $25M in annual revenue. His expertise spans environmental and engineering consulting for the transportation, municipal, water, and private sectors. He plays a key role in ensuring environmental compliance, leading contract negotiations, and maintaining financial health, all while prioritizing client satisfaction.
