STEVEN JEFFORDS

Steven Jeffords has over 30 years of demonstrated success in a variety of capacities including program management, environmental management, business manager, contracts manager, financial manager, market sector leader, and senior engineer. Steve was instrumental in launching VIVID Engineering as a legal entity in 2016, establishing banking, accounting, human resources, and business insurance relationships that have flourished over the years. He has performed program management for up to $250M for public and private clients and has managed engineering operations of up to 130 personnel delivering $25M in annual revenue. He has experience providing environmental and engineering consulting services for transportation, municipal, water, and private markets. Much of his recent efforts have focused on the public market sector including multiple agencies such as the City and County of Denver and Colorado Department of Transportation. Steve has in-depth experience and is responsible for environmental compliance for his clients, contract negotiations, cost control, company finances, and overall client satisfaction.
