Vivid Engineering serves as one of the lead Quality Assurance (QA) testing firms for concrete and asphalt work on Colorado Springs’ voter-approved 2C Road Improvement Project. Their team ensures that the repaving of roads and the installation of sidewalks, curbs, and gutters meet the highest standards.

Since 2016, the 2C program has significantly improved roadway infrastructure, repaving over 1,600 lane miles, installing 9,400 pedestrian ramps, and replacing 306 miles of curb and gutter. Vivid's QA oversight is critical in maintaining the quality and longevity of these improvements, contributing to enhanced accessibility and fewer pothole complaints across the city.
